Buyers A: Looking for a spacious home near St Mary’s school in East Memphis. Needs an open kitchen, generous closets, and would love a pool. Traditional or contemporary, but must feel warm and welcoming. Budget: Up to $1 million.

Buyers B: Looking for an interesting mid-century modern home in East Memphis or Midtown. Up to 3,000 square feet. Does not want a pool. A workshop area would be a huge plus. Budget: up to $600,000.

Buyers C: Looking for a mid-century modern home in East Memphis, preferably in or near the Laurelwood area. Doesn’t need a huge place, but would prefer a move-in ready home. Budget: up to $1 million.

Buyers D: Looking for an architectural stand-out with at least four bedrooms, a roomy kitchen, high ceilings, and a pool or room for one. Budget: up to $1 million.

Buyer E: Looking for a cool modern home with updated kitchen and baths not too far from Primacy Parkway. Budget: Up to $400,000.

Buyer F: Likes a warm, traditional home. Would love to be in River Oaks, not too far from Lausanne School and the Wolf River Parkway. Doesn’t need much more than 2,000 square feet but does need a garage. Budget: Would like to keep it under $450,000.
