Buyers B: Looking for an interesting mid-century modern home in East Memphis or Midtown. Up to 3,000 square feet. Does not want a pool. A workshop area would be a huge plus. Budget: up to $600,000.
Buyers C: Looking for a mid-century modern home in East Memphis, preferably in or near the Laurelwood area. Doesn’t need a huge place, but would prefer a move-in ready home. Would prefer no pool. Budget: up to $1 million.
Buyers D: Looking for a cool modern home with updated kitchen and baths in Cordova or East Memphis near Primacy Parkway. Budget: Up to $350,000.
