Residence 1
180 S. Grove Park Road, Memphis, TN
Architects: Smith & Bingham
Constructed: 1970

Purchased by the current owners from the original owners. Sensitive renovations have opened the family room to the kitchen, but the fabulous avocado kitchen remains. Three and a half fabulous original bathrooms. A Palm Springs-style delight.

Residence 2
5927 Lynnbrier Ave, Memphis, TN
Constructed: 1964

A 1964 modern brick house with an award-winning kitchen renovation in keeping with the spirit of the home. Changes in flooring material designate different uses and direct traffic through the home. An unassuming exterior hides a light-filled interior with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a hidden courtyard.

Residence 3
5639 Shady Glen Rd, Memphis, TN
Architect: Lawrence T. Hord
Constructed: 1961

A classic ranch exterior hides luxe details like terrazzo floors, travertine marble planters and fireplace, extensive built-in cabinetry, and a Geneva kitchen. The sliding glass doors in the living room open to an expansive terraced patio and pool.

Residence 4
1390 E. Crestwood Dr, Memphis, TN
Constructed: 1959

A mid-century modern ranch in the iconic style with a peaked roof line, roman brick exterior, vaulted ceilings, and a zen garden. Terrazzo flooring, paneling, and floor to ceiling windows. Kitchen and baths have been re-done over the years. Owned for many years by a member of Francis Mah’s interior design department. Purchased last year by my clients, MCM enthusiasts.
