A midcentury modern ranch with a kitchen for today

White oak custom cabinetry, subtle flecked quartz, porcelain tile floors.

Breakfast area and view to the dining room and living room with hardwood floors.

I think my exact words were "You have made me a very a happy Realtor."

When a home has been in the same hands for decades, I don't know what to expect when I come to the listing appointment. There are no old listing photos to refer to. The owners mentioned they had renovated the kitchen, so I wasn't sure if Tuscany had come to visit, or Tudor England, or Provence. But oh heck yeah, good taste, quality materials, custom storage, and a modern aesthetic waltzed right in there and made themselves at home.

This three-bedroom, two and a half bath listing is coming next week---watch this space for updates or use the subscribe button below to get email alerts.

(Nothing against Tuscany, England, or Provence. Love them all.)
